Hello! I'm Kelly...
I'm a writer, a mother, and someone who has always believed in the power of words.

The words we hear matter. The words we speak matter. And perhaps most importantly, the words we come to believe about ourselves matter.
That belief was the catalyst for Who Am I? and is the foundation for Imprints of the Heart.
In the beginning was the Word.
God spoke creation into existence.
And neuroscience shows us that a child's earliest experiences and interactions directly impact the architecture of the developing brain.
Before a child can read, before they can fully understand the meaning of every word, they are listening.
You are loved.
You belong.
You are beautiful.
You are strong.
These simple messages become part of their foundation — the beginnings of the voice they will one day carry within themselves.
That's why I created Who Am I?
It's a little book with a big purpose... to give parents, families and all caregivers, simple words of affirmation to speak over the children they love, again and again.
And something beautiful happens when you read those words aloud.
YOU hear them, too!
Indeed that's part of the gift.
This little book is like a seed being planted...
One book. One child. One family at a time.
A few simple words, spoken on repeat, can take root in the heart of a child and become part of the voice they carry with them throughout their life.
And someday, those may be the very words they speak over their own children.
That's how a seed becomes a legacy — one reader, one book, one generation at a time.

And the story is just beginning...
Imprints of the Heart didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a page in my journal and a collection of words I felt compelled to write down.
Those words eventually became Who Am I?
At first, I imagined Imprints of the Heart would be a way to share my story.
God had a different, better plan.
Today, it's becoming a place devoted to creating meaningful products that inspire connection and conversation with our most important humans — children.
In an effort to get Who Am I? into as many hands as possible, 10% of all book sales goes toward gifting new moms. Every purchase matters.
I truly believe the words we plant today become the beliefs they carry for a lifetime.
Small words. Big impact.
I'm so grateful you stopped by.
All the love,
— Kelly
